Since November of 1993 the Mt.​ Eagle Baptist Church Scholarship has been given once a year to deserving college students attending an accredited junior college or university. The scholarship is an honor award up to a Bachelor's Degree. In order to qualify for a Mt. Eagle Scholarship, certain qualifications must be met and guidelines followed. The committee reserves the right to make inquiries of any applicant regarding information presented in his/her application. Assuming applicants are 18 or older, they are responsible for making sure their applications meet the requirements and are submitted in accordance to the given application time line. All recipients must complete the school year for which they received the scholarship, or return the award.

 

All scholarship recipients are recognized annually in December, during the last worship service of the year. The Mt. Eagle Scholarship is available to the applicant up to 5 years after graduation from high school.
